The former New-TOA corporation joined to "R&B-Engineering Co., Ltd.", a menber of Sakamoto group, as of DECEMBER 2007 and have agreed to assign all of the management authority to this new company.

The major point of the handover is to widen its activity toward growing foreign market as well as new field.
